On-campus lodging
WPCampus was able to secure on-campus lodging, just a short walk away from the venue. On-campus lodging will be hosted in Holmes Hall.
If nostalgia and inexpensive lodging is your thing, it’s a great opportunity to save some money and enjoy a few days of on-campus life.
Details
- The cost is $52 per person a night ($50 + $2 transaction fee).
- Options include rooms with 1 bed, and rooms with 2 beds.
- The rooms are first-come, first-serve limited to 150 rooms.
- Partners and children are welcome but it is important to note that the charge is per person, not per room.
- Residence halls are not air-conditioned. You can rent a box fan.

We have a block of rooms available at the Hampton Inn & Suites (7/24-7/27). The discounted rate has been extended to include Wednesday night for workshop attendees.
The cutoff date is June 25, 2019.

We have a block of rooms available at Hyatt House Portland Downtown (7/24-7/27). The discounted rate has been extended to include Wednesday night for workshop attendees. NOTE: For Wednesday night, there are only One Bedroom King Suites available, which will be reflected on the booking page when you enter the dates of your stay.
The cutoff date is June 22nd, 2019 at 4 p.m.
