Become a Sponsor

As a sponsor of WPCampus 2019, you’ll have access to many higher education institutions. Attendees come from North America and Europe. Within our first two years, we grew to more than 800 members.

Submit sponsor interest

Many of our members operate with limited campus resources. These decision makers seek a variety of solutions:

WPCampus coordinates with sponsors to ensure the best experience for everyone involved. Please share with us your ideas, thoughts and feedback at any time before and during the event.

Sponsor Packages

We encourage sponsors to submit speaking proposals, but WPCampus doesn’t guarantee speaking spots. WPCampus does not share attendee contact information unless an attendee grants explicit permission.

Funds must be received before announcing sponsorships. Sponsors must honor all media deadlines.

Doctoral Package – $5000 (Limit: 2)

  • Live streaming or captioning sponsor with logo on main watch page (first come, first served)
  • One sponsored email sent to all attendees on behalf of WPCampus
    • Sponsor has option to write the email, to be approved by WPCampus
  • Option to sponsor an episode of the WPCampus podcast
    • With mention at start and end of the show
    • Option to provide guest for the episode to talk about what you do
    • Timeline for episode
  • Will receive list of attendee names, positions and institutions
    • Will allow attendees to opt-in to share their email with sponsors
